We retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purpose it was collected for example, donation records are retained for the period required by US tax law for nonprofit accounting purposes. Scholarship applications are retained for the current award cycle and one year following the award decision.

Children's Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Some of our programs such as Back to School Giveaways and shoe donation drives serve children, but all communication and data collection in connection with those programs is conducted through parents, guardians, schools, or partner organizations, not directly from minors.

Our scholarship program is open to students aged 14 and above. Applicants under the age of 18 are encouraged to have a parent or guardian review their application before submission.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without appropriate consent, please contact us immediately at kethamiltonfoundation@gmail.com and we will promptly delete that information.
