David Parker was elected to the Board of the Keturah Hamilton Foundation as Vice President in January of 2015, when the Foundation was incorporated. Parker is a 38-year veteran of the oil industry, specializing in refined petroleum products. He served as Senior Vice President, Product Supply and Wholesale Marketing at Valero Energy Corporation until his retirement in 2013. Parker is currently the President of DMP Energy Consultants, LLC and operates under Service Agreements with various clients. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Alaska - Fairbanks, a Bachelor of Science, Accounting degree from Illinois State University, and a Certified Public Accountant certificate in the State of Illinois. Parker has served as a Director for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Anchorage, Alaska and the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Antonio, Texas. He has also held various officer positions in the Anchorage East Rotary Club.
