We meet needs where they are, through school rebuilding, education support, food outreach, and disaster relief across communities in the U.S., the Caribbean, and Africa.
These are our most urgent, ongoing projects where your support can make an immediate difference today.

The Keturah Hamilton Foundation, in partnership with Raven Bowens, is on a mission to completely rebuild the ADC Grammar School in Apomu, Osun State, Nigeria. Over 2,000 students are currently learning in heartbreaking conditions — sitting on bare floors, studying under leaking roofs, with no proper classrooms. We are changing that. Launched at our Black Tie Gala in November 2025, this is our most ambitious project to date.

Hurricane Melissa left countless Jamaican families without homes, resources, or hope. The Foundation responded immediately — because love has no borders. We are rebuilding Jamaica one family at a time.

Every August since 2015, the Foundation delivers backpacks, notebooks, pens, pencils, calculators, crayons, and more to students who couldn’t otherwise afford to start the school year prepared. We’ve run this program in Los Angeles (with actor Malcolm Mays and the Ceola Marie Foundation), St. Catherine and Manchester parishes in Jamaica, Haiti, and Nigeria — with over 250 children served in a single LA event alone.
Partners have included the Kinnect Foundation, New Balance, Chava’s Angels at Heart Foundation, and Women Beyond Survival. This is one of our most beloved and consistent programs.
Beyond giveaway events, the Foundation has made direct school visits across multiple countries — delivering supplies and love directly into classrooms. In 2015, we visited Roosevelt Elementary School in Santa Ana, California with Chava’s Angels at Heart Foundation, distributing backpacks, notebooks, pens, and more to children described as “joyful and ready for school.”
In Jamaica, the Foundation partnered with Women Beyond Survival to visit Rest Primary & Junior High School in Clarendon — where children showed a hunger and thirst for knowledge despite facing tremendous challenges. The principal, teachers, and students were deeply grateful.
The Foundation organized a special fundraiser for the Sligoville All-Age School in St. Catherine, Jamaica — raising funds directly for the school’s needs and ensuring that children in one of Jamaica’s communities had the resources needed to learn and grow.
What began in 2015 has become an annual Thanksgiving feeding tradition, rooted in consistency, care, purpose, and love. Every year, without exception, we show up to serve those in need.

Since our very first event in 2015, feeding the community has been central to who we are. These programs run every year, without exception.
Running every year since 2015, the KHF Annual Thanksgiving Feeding Program is one of the Foundation’s most beloved events. Every November, we feed hundreds of families in the Los Angeles community at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Studio City — ensuring no one is forgotten during the holiday season.
In 2021, during our sixth annual event, the Zeus Network donated $10,000 to the Foundation — one of our largest single donations — because they believed in the mission. The Foundation has completed Thanksgiving feeding events in 2015, 2016, 2017, 2019, and 2022, with events growing each year.
The Foundation has also hosted special Easter Sunday and Christmas Day feeding events — ensuring families are supported beyond Thanksgiving. In 2016, our Easter feeding provided warm meals and community connection to those who needed it most during the holiday season.
The Foundation became a primary sponsor for Feeding of the 5,000 — an annual event founded by Jordane Bennett, winner of Jamaica’s Prime Minister’s Youth Award for Excellence in youth service. On December 21, 2014, the event hit its goal by feeding 5,000 homeless persons. We were so moved by Jordan’s dedication and passion for the less fortunate that we committed as a multi-year sponsor.
The Foundation’s reach spans continents. Here is where our programs have operated since 2015.
